This web site would have been impossible were it not for the support and assistance of Suzanne Eloise Moore who was my original partner in life and business. She shared the struggle to get Landlord Services, Inc., up and running in 1977. She was spectacular from the beginning of that year and worked hard to see to it that our home life was comfortable and our marriage was growing and fulfilling. Sue was anxious to do more and started working full-time in the company’s corporate office soon earning a position as Vice President. She added a mix of
brilliant and caring contributions to our company’s success.
In 1980, she fell ill with lupus. With her whole family in support, she valiantly fought the disease, while still handling all accounting operations for our company. She always tried to maintain a normalcy within our household and marriage, even while being admitted to Stanford and El Camino Hospitals over 25 times in her last ten years of life. She succumbed on July 11, 1990.
Without Sue, Landlord Services, Inc., would never have been the success it is, and without Landlord Services, Inc., there would never have been a Landlord.com. For this reason, this site is dedicated to her memory.
